Shipping policy
Shipping Guarantee
WoWoWear offers a shipping guarantee on all orders. We will offer a full refund if your order is delayed or lost during delivery. Delayed orders are based on the date that the package leaves the warehouse. In most instances, orders taking more than 30 days to arrive will be fully refunded. For busy seasons, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, orders that have not arrived after 40 days will be fully refunded. If you are experiencing a delayed order that meets these conditions, please get in touch with us at orders@wowowear.com.
- For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, European Union, and Asia, we will provide a full refund if the total shipping time is more than 30 days.
- For orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa, we will provide a full refund if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.
The shipping time guarantee does not apply if:
- Delivery issues occur that are out of our control, such as inaccurate addresses provided, unclaimed packages from local carriers, or stolen door packages
- Orders are delayed due to catastrophic or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, civil unrest, labor strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy)
- The package is shipped to the following countries or regions:
Alaska, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Belize City, Benin, Bolivia, Burundi, Chile, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, French Guyana, Gambia, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Haiti, Hawaii, Jamaica, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Madagascar, Martinique, Mauritius, Nepal, Nicaragua, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Sudan, Swaziland, Uruguay and Zambia
Production Time
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products from WoWoWear, all orders will require 5-7 business days of factory production time before they can be shipped.

All deliveries include tracking info. Tracking numbers are provided immediately after the package leaves the warehouse.

The shipping fees vary based on several factors including the shipping method, package weight, and final destination.
