Refund policy
Please note that WoWoWear cannot refund or exchange purchases due to incorrectly sized items for your pets. Before placing an order, we highly recommend you verify the measurements of your pets with the size charts listed on our product pages.
For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, European Union, and Asia, we will provide a full refund if the total shipping time is more than 30 days.
For orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa, we will provide a full refund if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.
Please note that we will not refund any orders due to delivery issues out of our control, such as inaccurate addresses provided, unclaimed packages from local carriers, or stolen door packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at orders@wowowear.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item. For any of these cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement. In most instances, any damaged or incorrect product will not need to be returned. Please prepare to provide any photos of the damaged or incorrect item to WoWoWear customer service.Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or lost during delivery, WoWoWear will offer a full refund. Delayed orders are based on the date that the package leaves the warehouse. In most instances, orders taking more than 30 days to arrive will be fully refunded. For busy seasons like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, orders that have not arrived after 40 days will be fully refunded. Force Majeure
If orders are delayed due to catastrophic or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, civil unrest, labor strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), the full refund policy will not apply.Cancelling Orders
Due to the uniqueness of print-on-demand products from WoWoWear, once production is confirmed, all raw materials are put into production and are irreversible. We can issue a full refund if a product is canceled before production. However, any orders in the process of being manufactured at the factory cannot be refunded. We do not encourage you to return your products due to high shipping costs and long overseas delivery times. If you must return your order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are required to pay the shipping costs associated with the return. To start a return, please get in touch with us at orders@wowowear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without a return request.
